Features

It has capacitive keys for the control of the main video door entry functions. Functions such as door lock release, handsfree connection, entrance panel activation /camera scrolling, and favourite key.
Tactile guide for easy access to the door lock and handsfree capacitive connection keys.
LEDs used for call exclusion, notification of messages from switchboard, and note.
Access to adjustments and functions using the touch display.
There is also the possibility of voice communication with the switchboard – if present in the system – after a specific call.
Device must be configured by physically connecting the configurators, or using the menu, which will give better possibilities of customisation of associated functions and texts.

I was stuck! I had to change my handset for the intercom and had already previously bought one and couldn’t work out the wiring so I phoned these guys and Geraldine assisted me and followed up an email the next day telling me which wire should go in which place. If that didn’t work she suggested another handset for me to buy but luckily it did work so she helped me out, spent time on me and didn’t make any money but made me a very happy man. I will return to this company when needed and recommend it to everyone else. Fantastic customer service. Thank you!
